Welcome to Bent Oaks! This traditional Fredericksburg farmhouse has been recently updated to include everything you will need for the perfect family getaway. Guests can enjoy thie peace and quiet of an exclusive Hill Country neighborhood, all less than a 10 minute drive from the heart of Downtown and everything it has to offer!
Inside the home you will find a King bedroom with a full ensuite bath, a Queen bedroom, and an additional "bunk room" with two sets of bunk beds, bringing the total occupancy of this home to 10. The additional full bath and downstairs half bath provide plentiful accommodations for your whole group. The recently remodeled full kitchen features all the necessities for snacking or meals (including an air fryer!), and additional convenience is offered by the downstairs washer/dryer. Enjoy quality time with family and friends in this spacious, luxurious Fredericksburg home!
The outdoor space features a sitting area with a fire-pit, perfect for wine and conversation under the stars. Guests will also enjoy the private hot tub and plentiful scenery on this peaceful plot of land. Guests will have access to a community pool. Please note it is NOT a private pool, and other neighborhood residents may be present. We ask that you treat our neighborhood with respect and observe all posted poolside rules, per community ordinance.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
